Pho V Noodle House

You won't find too many Vietnamese Restaurants in Euless Tx, but the one they do have is Pho-tastic!
They have many traditional Vietnamese dishes but the one they are most popular for is the one in their name, Pho. Pho, pronounced more like fè, is traditionally made of broth, rice noodles, a few herbs, and meat. They have a beef, chicken, veggie, and super beef pho.
I went for the large super beef. It shows up to your table in a ginormous bowl on plate w fresh bean sprouts, fresh basil and lime wedges on the side. Inside the bowl is broth, brisket, round eye steak, tripe, onion, and noodles. You don't have to get the tripe if you don't enjoy it but you know what they say "when in a Vietnamese Restaurant eat the tripe", i personally like it and par take in the tripe awesomeness.
Put the bean sprouts and loose basil leaves into soup and go to town! You can eat w the Vietnamese Spoon, Chop Sticks, or Spoon. The flavor of this soup is unique and comforting. It's like your grandma made you home made soup but only this time your grandma is Vietnamese. The fresh basil is refreshing and compliments the beefy broth nicely. The fresh beans sprouts give the soup a good lil crunch. If you like spicy they have sriracha, a spicy Asian paste, on the table.
Great for a cool day or if your feeling a lil down in the weather.
