Ribs - Pork Ribs always tender w a great smoke taste. The top of the ribs are crispy and sweet giving a nice contrast to the tender juicy meat on the inside. Amazing a must!
Brisket - Lightly Seasoned and smoked to perfection. The meat has a very natural taste, allowing you to really taste the smoke flavor. They are also good about trimming the fat and using a lean brisket. So tender you can cut it w a fork. Great Stuff!
Sausage - Nothing too fancy here but the way they smoke the meat gives it such a great taste and when you dip it in the BBQ Sauce...... its a special moment.
In addition they have the traditional line up as well chicken breast, chicken quarters, ham, chopped beef with traditional sides koslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, beans, greens, pickles, and banana pudding w the wafers. All very good.
